The West Virginia Child Advocacy Network (WVCAN) is looking for artwork for its third annual silent art auction at the Downtown Charleston ArtWalk April 16. Artists are encouraged to donate their work by April 10. Artists set the minimum bid and split the proceeds 50/50 with WVCAN to benefit services to child abuse victims in West Virginia.
The event will be held from 5 to 8 pm at Romano & Associates, 230 Capitol St., in Charleston.
There is no entry fee for the auction, and the public is invited to attend. Attendees have the chance to bid on artwork by talented West Virginian artists, while enjoying wine and light refreshments.
