TURNKEY by Gregg Oxley at Art Emporium

The gallery will present TURNKEY by Gregg Oxley, a mixed media and installation artist specializing in antiquated papers and photos during ArtWalk Thursday, Aug. 18.

Deeply inspired by Appalachia, he works with his roots deeply planted in a place that is at once old fashioned but acquiescing to the future. The exhibit is a symbol of the home you can't come back to and a wish to see the faces and places of those you have loved and lost. With photos, paint and prose, Turnkey is a call to the past, an invitation to remember and a promise in memorandum to those we've lost.
