Delfine's Hosts Julie Palas

Julie Palas lives in Charleston, WV after living in towns and cities in KY, NY, NC, VA, and FL. Her experiences and education helped mold her style. She incorporates color, recycled materials, and use of paint markers into her art that she calls "Primitive Pop". Her display will include pieces from her "Lisa" series, various landscapes and eclectic offerings.
