Arthur Evans featured at Gallery Eleven

Gallery Eleven is proud to have as their featured artist for the month West Virginia award winning artist and teacher Arthur Evans. Arthur attended Marshall University and has traveled extensively around the world. He has been teaching oil painting in the Charleston area and is responsible for many of the up and coming artist in our town.
